Pizza Freak Co. returned to THE CHEF CONFERENCE luncheon on Monday April 15th to serve our Artisan Frozen Pizza to many of the top food journalists and television personalities in the industry, along with some of the country's top chefs. During the Conference, Chef Kilgore was a featured presenter for Unox, the leading manufacturer of advanced cooking equipment. He served a delicious Hokkaido scallop with a very special vinaigrette made with wild ramps and a house-made, DryAger-aged nduja, supplied by Brad Daniels restaurant Tresini.
Chef Kilgore had the opportunity to present his dish to world-renowned Chef Alain Ducasse. Known for his incredible senses and taste, Chef Ducasse said the cook and seasoning of the scallop was "perfect"! What a moment!
